You have the right to return any product for up to 30 days from the date you received your order (excluding items marked as sale or special order or Made to Order) and should you wish to return an item/item(s) please refer to the documentation at the link below. 

Cost of return must be paid by you however we can assist with booking a competitive courier. All returns must be in original and undamaged packaging with no parts removed. Returns will incur a restock fee equating to 10% of the returned product costs to cover the cost of outbound shipping, please see the link below for more information.

Wiring:

• The USA uses a wire colour system specific to the continent which is Black (Live), White (Neutral) and Green/Yellow (Earth). All our products are wired to EU Wiring regulations which ensure a much stricter quality level and utilize the colours: Brown (Live), Blue (Neutral) and Green/Yellow (Earth).



Product Certification:

• USA uses the product quality certification's of UL and CSA which uphold the same level of quality as the EU CE Mark. The vast majority of our products are manufactured and tested to CE and the remainder are tested to UL/CSA regulation.

Voltage:

• America uses a Voltage of 110V-120V while the rest of the world's countries uses a voltage of 220-240V. We ensure all our products are tested to 240V which means are light fittings are suitable for both 110V/120V and 240V use.

Plug / Wall Socket Connection:

• Many countries have their own unique socket and plug types which has been designed for the needs of their 'Earthing protection system'. All our table and floor lamps are fitted with either UK or EU plug's however it is perfectly safe to use a UK/EU to USA adapter plug on any of our table lamps and floor lamps.

Can you use our products in the USA?

Yes, all our products are fully compatible for use in the USA however you should consider the following important information:
• When purchasing a table or floor lamp you will require a UK/EU to USA Plug adapter, we recommend buying one on Amazon
• Our Light Bulbs are all rated at 240V which means you should NOT use these in the USA, if supplied with your order please dispose of these and purchase 120V Light bulbs using our handy Light Bulb Guide


• Light may come fitted with an EU plug. (Please note that we try and supply these with a plug converter or change the plug on our end)
• If you have questions about the bulbs for this item (or want to find out if they are integrated) do not hesitate to get in touch with our support team.
• Some lights will have different switching mechanism. In most cases it is stated on the product summary how it is switched (foot switch, pull switch, etc) but if not stated please get in touch with us and we will get this info over to you!
