We deliver to all 50 US States, Canada, Mexico and the surrounding US Territories.
Any applicable delivery charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on what's in your basket and your geographical location. This information will be added to your basket so you can review before purchasing.
We offer several shipping options including DHL Express, FedEx and UPS with all orders sent by Air freight to reduce shipping time.
If you see a product with the message 'Low Stock | Restock...' please contact us for a more accurate restock date as some restocks can take up to 30 days from date of order.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days using the cancellation form attached to the Order Confirmation email.
You have the right to return any product for up to 30 days from the date you received your order (excluding items marked as sale or special order or Made to Order) and should you wish to return an item/item(s) please refer to the documentation at the link below.
Cost of return must be paid by you however we can assist with booking a competitive courier. All returns must be in original and undamaged packaging with no parts removed. Returns will incur a restock fee equating to 10% of the returned product costs to cover the cost of outbound shipping, please see the link below for more information.

Some of our products may come as standard with a European style Plug, in most circumstances we will replace this before shipping however we cannot guarantee in all instances. In the event that we are unable to do so it is recommended to use with a US to EU Type Plug Adapter.
Before ordering Wall Sconces please first check that the mounting base is suitable for your housing. In some cases you may need to alter this house such as when the base plate is smaller than average.
What's important when choosing a suitable light bulb?
Type - LED is best for Energy Saving & Long Lasting
Size/Shape - Keep it relative to the size of the Light / Shade
Wattage - Should be equal to or less than the maximum stated
Cap/Base - Should match the stated type, i.e.: E26 (Edison 26mm)
Function - Does it need to dim?

Unfortunately each light fixture can vary in terms of Cap/Base Type but luckily all are easily sourced online (Amazon.com) or available in any Electrical Store. These are the most common types you will come across on our website:
E27 Type (European) = E26 Type (US)
E14 Type (European) = E14 Type (US)
B22 Type (European) = B22 Type (US)
B15d Type (European) = B15d or BA15d Type (US)
GU10 Type (Universal)
Remember to check the voltage of your light bulb when ordering - the US uses 110-120V bulbs.
