We're proud to bring you the most exclusive European Lighting products with a fast and efficient shipping to all 50 states of the US, Canada and the rest of the World.

All shipping charges are automatically calculated on your basket prior to checkout depending on your Geographical location and what's in your basket, you can see this information before finalizing your purchase. Our Delivery Prices use the 'Volumetric' protocol which accurately calculates the parcel size before querying our courier database for a live updated price. 

Because we ship our products from Europe delivery can be between 10 and 21 days in some cases however you will find this information under the price section of each product page. All our products are tested, checked and certified as fit for use in all 50 states of the US.

We use the following couriers domestic and international: FedEx, UPS, TNT and DHL

Please note deliveries into the US from our European depots may incur additional import duties/taxes which are payable by you the receiver however purchases of less than $2500 in value are usually exempt under 'personal use' clarification. We prepare the documentation on your behalf to allow for a timely and cost effective import process but please don't hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing an issue during your import. Returns Info

Peace of mind returns made simple

Changed your mind?*
No Problem! You have up to 60 days from the date your order was received to notify us you wish to return your order. To ensure all returns are resalable we ask that the order be returned to us in full working condition, unfitted, unmodified and still in original packaging with all its accessories.
 
My orders damaged!
Uh oh! Your order may have been damaged in transit, let us know as and we'll dispatch a replacement immediately. Please retain the damaged item until we assess and advise how we wish to deal with it.
 
My product is faulty!
If your product develops a fault within its warranty period then your entitled to a replacement part/product. On notification we will advise the proceeding steps to correct the fault.
 
Bespoke (Made to Order) Returns
Sadly we cannot accept returns on items made to order. This doesn't mean we wont try our best to find a buyer for your product, please allow us some time to advertise the resale.

For all returns please download our returns form and submit it via email to: returns@ideas4lighting.com awaiting further instruction.

Other information
If your item was damaged in transit or is faulty, we will arrange collection on your behalf. The item must be returned in its original packaging (where the fault is immediately apparent upon receipt of the order) and you are responsible for adequate repackaging to ensure no further damage to the item. If you've changed your mind we ask that you arrange and pay the return delivery however we can provide assistance to arrange this. Full T&C's available here.
 
*We reserve the right to refuse return on bespoke products and products of value 1000USD and over however both are dealt with on a case by case basis and in such cases we aim to offer a compromise.
