You have ordered multiple items with different individual dispatch times, in most cases we try to consolidate all products before shipping
You have ordered a bespoke or custom order item
It is a Public/National Holiday period
We aim to ship all our orders via Road or Air Freight in either parcel or pallet form. If a product is larger than 120x100cm in its disassembled state we may have to send via Sea freight which can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. In these rare cases we always contact you first!
We ship all our orders under 'Incoterms 2010 - DAP' model to your doorstep, duties and taxes unpaid. For more information on this please refer to our Importing Guide.
