Returning an item

If you're not completely satisfied with an item and it is unused, unfitted and in it's original (undamaged/unsoiled) packaging you can return it to us within 30 days of order receipt for a refund or exchange subject to compliance with the terms & conditions of sale and return. 

To open a return please follow these easy steps:

  1. Login to your account via 'My account' on the top of our website
  2. Navigate to 'My Orders' within 'My Account'
  3. Select the order you wish to return
  4. Follow the on-screen returns process


Once you have processed your return please print a copy of the return form and place it inside the outer case ensuring that all items have been well packaged for a safe return journey. Please also print a copy of this document (Return Label) and ensure you enter your order number to help us easily identify your return. Please ensure you clearly mark the reason for the return as 'RETURN' on any courier paperwork otherwise duties/taxes may be applied and the item may be returned to yourself as the sender. 

Before you book a courier please ensure you have thoroughly read our terms & conditions and our returns policy which is available at the footer of our site. Please be aware we strictly align with these policies.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to reach us and for your refund to be processed however we aim to process within 2 days of receipt.

 Before you repackage your order please review our essential repackaging guidance below. 

Please Note: We can no longer accept in store returns with a zero tolerance policy in place (i.e.: all returns should be delivered by way of courier).

If you do not have access to your account or did not register an account please use the 'Reset Password' function on the Login page to activate your account. From here you can access your order history and complete your return.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Products should be returned in unsoiled / clean packaging with all internal packaging and parts present.

  2. In most cases we will reserve our right to replace a faulty item opposed to refunding. Should you prefer a refund this will be treated as a standard return.

  3. For items confirmed as faulty we will arrange a paid collection under most circumstances.

  4. We cannot accept returns on items classified as made to order, special order, sale or bespoke. Applicable items will be clearly labelled on their individual product page.

  5. All returns must be received back at our depot within 30 days from the date you receive the order to be eligible for a refund

  6. All returns are subject to a handling fee equating to 10% of the returned product value with a minimum of 30USD.


Essential Repackaging Guidance

  • Please ensure all items are in clean original packaging - failure to do so will affect your refund

  • Please ensure all items are returned as received, i.e.: good condition - failure to do so will affect your refund

  • Please do not use excessive amounts of sticky tapes to reseal product packaging - failure to do so will affect your refund

  • Please pack all items into a cardboard outer box/boxes to protect product & product packaging - failure to do so will affect your refund
